Hey everyone! We are currently switching to new, faster servers and so are having a couple of minor technical problems. There doesn't appear to be music currently on any of the music players and we are working to get that issue resolved. If there are any other problems you've encountered please message me about them so that they can be fixed as quickly as possible.

Also we were thinking of adding some new sections to the site with the front-runners being Featured Band/Artist and a Latest Activity page. Any thoughts?

A HUGE Welcome to all new members!!!


bandfrag is a new online community that helps serious, talented musicians make the connections needed to create bands, join bands, or promote existing bands and their music. We're still small, but we have big plans for the future!

Have you always wanted to start or be in a band but didn't know how to make the connections to go for it? bandfrag is the place for you to make those connections. bandfrag just recently passed the 100 member mark and I would like to thank all of you for supporting the site! I have really been impressed by the music (to see all of the music check out the music player on the Home page) you all have been posting. A special thanks to everyone who really put effort into designing their member pages. You know who you are and we appreciate your work!   

You may have noticed the flow of new members has slowed in the last week. No need to worry. Just a small advertising glitch that is being corrected as I write... Now! If any of you have suggestions or comments about the site or just want to debate the greatest band of all time, check out the Forum.

Man, have I been busy lately! Went to the Blues Jam at the Jambalaya not last night but the previous Tuesday. Jim (bandfrag member) hosted and he and everyone else who played put on a great show. Dread Pirate Ben, Duke, and Stevo (all bandfrag members) showed up and, as they say, a good time was had by all. Jim and his bandmates played one song that turned into a 15 minute jam with a bit of "Daytripper" thrown in at the end. That was awesome! Thought I heard a little Brian Setzer too but forgot to ask.

Currently working on a flyer campaign and looking to get an ad (and possibly a link on their website)  on KSLG, my favorite local radio station.  Also working on getting links to other music sites like humboldtmusic.com. That's it for now, but never fear. I'm always working or thinking of working on bandfrag.

Hey! Sorry there hasn't been a lot of activity lately. Been busy backstage at bandfrag setting things up. There is really a lot that goes into starting a business. Anyway, there should be more content and members soon. Not to mention the affiliate program! Don't forget- this social network is what YOU the first members make it. Invite your friends, post your music, shoot video of a gig, pimp out your page. The more exposure you and your music get, the better.  Mr GMan out!
